WELCOME TO THE CONVERSATION ON AGEING!

Ageing concerns every humanbeing. By 2050, there will be 2 billion older people on the planet, which will constitute 22% of the world population. This is unprecedented in the history of mankind, We therefore invite both the older people of today and tomorrow to submit their responses to the questions below.

On 1 October 2014, Ban Ki-moon said: “The post-2015 development agenda offers a historic opportunity for the United Nations and its Member States to strengthen the rights and role of older persons in society as an integral part of our commitment to "leave no one behind".
